Phil Pastan is a long-time seasonal resident of Nantucket and Founder / President of The Richmond Company, Inc., a privately held real estate development and management firm headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts. He has more than 30 years of experience in retail, residential and mixed-use development, including single-family subdivisions and multi-family rental communities.
Shane Valero
Partner
Shane Valero, Partner, is a graduate of Nantucket High School and life-long island resident. He is a local business owner with more than 20 years of experience in construction, landscaping supply, and hauling.
Dave Armanetti
Director of Real Estate Development
Dave Armanetti, Director of Real Estate Development, co-manages all of the strategy and day-to-day planning, permitting, and development activities related to the company’s portfolio on the island. He oversees all of the engineering, design, and technical disciplines involved in the project, and leads the company’s interaction with Town officials and department staffs, abutters, and other stakeholders.
Kathryn Fossa

Kathryn Fossa, COO of The Richmond Company, is based in Wilmington, MA. Kathryn has over 20 years in Real Estate with expertise in managing, developing real estate and operations of the business. She is a member of the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce and The National Association of Realtors.
Nicolle Fazio
Nantucket Property Manager
Nicolle Fazio joined the TRC team in 2018 as the Property Manager. Prior to starting with TRC, she built her professional experience in the hospitality hub of Aspen, Colorado. Nicolle re-located from Aspen and now currently lives on Nantucket. As a full-time resident, Nicolle has become an active member of the community, including joining the Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce.
Anna Wright
Director of Property Management
Anna Wright, Director of Property Management, joined the TRC team in 2018. Anna has 10 years of property management experience and is actively working towards her CPM certification.
